Development Review Board| Planning Commission| Zoning

The Waltham Development Review Board/Planning Commission (DRB/PC) meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 5:30 pm at the Town Hall.

The DRB/PC serves two distinct functions: 1) It operates as the quasi-judicial Development Review Board pursuant to 24 VSA Chapter 117 4460 to take testimony and act on applications for land development, and; 2) It operates as the Planning Commission to author a new town plan every eight years and zoning regulations to implement that plan. The DRB/PC also takes on related functions, and recently led the process to adopt an Enhanced Energy Plan for the town.

Waltham’s DRB/PC members are: Fran Colangelo, Jeff Glassberg (Chair), Peter Emerson, Dan Morris, Lisa Sausville, Darcy Tarte and Chris VonTrapp ( Vice- Chair).
